Add 9% hotel tax

DEPOSIT /CANCELLATION POLICY

A one day (per week booked) non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment due upon booking for reservations made less than 30 days before arrival.
If written cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival, a full refund (less the non-refundable deposit and 4% credit charges) will be made.
